Satisfaction.

Running through the ice and cold,

Finding something for me to hold.

Behind me is lightning and rain,

Should I turn back and surrender again?

Giving up is easy to do.

If I would, would you too?

Giving up is one of the easiest things to do. I have realised it over time. The number of times people tried their best and give up, resulting in self-harm, hurting of other people or property and even choose to end their own life, I dare not say that I am unaffected.

People often realise words are easy to say. "I give up" are three simple words as easy to say as "sorry".

But the weight of the words often  remain at zero.

Should I give up? Maybe I shouldn't, because society would criticise me and judge me.

Maybe I should. Because society are full of hypocrites and judgemental people who love assuming things without sparing an after-thought. 

We just love to hurt each other. It usually results in a boost to the ego which we fail to admit despite our realisation of it consciously or unconsciously.

Give up. Or learn to stop judging and assuming.
